Openpoint will grant the Customer a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the web-based platform Openpoint under the terms and conditions. The Customer will pay a license fee of 1 000 SEK per active project and month, if not otherwise agreed, and can terminate the relationship at any point with 30 days notice.
